Kim Thanh has been the mainstay of the Vietnamese women’s team for many years. She played 27 times for the team, won the 2019 Southeast Asian Championships, won the gold medal at the 30th Southeast Asian Games, and she is also on the shortlist of 5 candidates for the 2021 Vietnam Women’s Ballon d’Or.

In the 2022 Asian Cup, Jin Qing was named the goalkeeper with the most saves (27). The AFC assessed that the goalkeeper, born in 1993, played a very important role in the Vietnamese women’s team’s journey to win the World Cup.

Kim Thanh started practicing football at the age of 14. She has repeatedly shared that exercise is not only a dream, but also a job that can help her earn a living and support her family.
