The Dutch midfielder admitted Juventus no longer had a striker who scored 30 goals per season in the squad after Cristiano Ronaldo left.

Sharing after the 2-0 victory over Udinese in the 22nd round of Serie A, the Dutch midfielder admitted: “Juventus misses Ronaldo. Ronaldo is the type of player that is present in the penalty area and always finds a goal. He rarely does. missed opportunity.

Juventus remembers that from the beginning of the season. We don’t have a 30-goal striker, but Juventus need goals from other positions in the squad.”

After Ronaldo left, Juventus had a big problem of attack when no striker played the main goal.

Argentine striker Paulo Dybala is Juve’s top scorer this season with just 10 goals in all competitions. After scoring against Udinese, Dybala refused to celebrate before looking at the “Old Lady” leadership team in the stands.

The Argentine striker is facing an uncertain future at Juve when the striker’s contract extension process was suddenly frozen. Juve initially agreed to a salary of 10 million euros/season for Dybala but then changed his mind and only wanted to keep the salary of 7.3 million euros/season for the Argentine striker.

Dybala is said to be unhappy with the move. Gazzetta dello Sport describes it right on the front page with the headline “Dybala no joy” after the 2-0 win over Udinese.

In an interview after the game, the Argentine star expressed his opinion: “A lot of things happened and I don’t want to talk about it. I don’t have to prove it to anyone. The club decided to sit back in February or March. I’m still here, ready to play at the request of the coach.”

The Italian press recently reported that Inter is trying to steal Dybala if the striker’s contract extension with Juve breaks down. The contract between Dybala and Juve will expire at the end of this season.

Dybala’s Juventus is ranked 5th on the Serie A table with 41 points, 8 points behind the leader Inter but has played 2 more matches.
